President
Jim is the founder and President of Astute Financial Consulting. He has been active in the security alarm industry for over thirty years after beginning his career in public accounting.
Amy Becker
Senior Vice President
Amy holds CPA and CMA certificates and brings over 25 years of CFO and Controller level alarm industry experience to her responsibilities with Astute in managing its financial consulting activities.
Beth Santi
Project Manager
Beth writes and develops reports using Vivid Reports Flex. She also manages customer projects, such as data imports and data changes.
Jayme Hilmes
Developer & Support Manager
Jayme writes and develops reports using Vivid Reports Flex. She also manages support for Astute’s clients using SedonaOffice and Flex.
Brian McCluskey
Senior Consultant
Brian supports Astute’s Vivid Reports CPM clients through training, setup and consultation. He also assists most of our clients with month-end accounting using SedonaOffice and Vivid Reports.
Nava Caldwell
Business Development
Nava manages business development for Astute. She brings 18 years of alarm operations experience to the Astute team.
Sheila Lee
Administration
Sheila supports the Astute team with back office, administrative, and HR matters.
